• Build and grow strong relationships with clients across key industries (engineering, food, pharma)
• Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire customers
• Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop optimal system solutions
• Manage and expand the distribution and sales network across Romania
• Represent the company as the local market expert and trusted partner
• Work independently from a home office while staying connected to HQ in Austria and support teams in Budapest

• Strong background in technical sales (ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or automation)
• Ability to combine commercial drive with technical understanding
• Highly self-reliant and organized, comfortable working remotely
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
• Fluent in Romanian and English (German or Hungarian is a plus)
