About us

TÜV Rheinland CERT GmbH (CERT), part of the TÜV Rheinland People & Business Assurance business stream, stands for outstanding expertise and quality in auditing and certifying companies according to established management system standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, as well as in-house and specialized standards such as IATF and IFS.

The focus of the position is on leading a team of scheme managers within the internationally active business field A.04 „Customised Solutions" of the "People and Business Assurance" division. In this team scheme managers of supply chain audit schemes have been grouped together. The aim is to ensure a consistent quality level of scheme management across all regions, systematic risk management and to achieve synergy effects between the management of the various schemes.

  • In your role, you provide technical leadership to all team members and ensure that roles, responsibilities and priorities are clearly understood.
  • You are responsible for the disciplinary management of your direct reports and act as the primary interface to the global practice head.
  • Together with your team, you embed quality assurance measures into the internal IT platform to enable consistent enforcement and transparent monitoring of all relevant rules.
  • You drive structured information exchange, coordination, calibration and harmonization within the team and plan internal audits, management reviews and cross-functional trainings.
  • When issues arise - for example complaints, investigations or findings from external audits - you support systematic problem solving and contribute analyses and inputs for the further development of strategy, processes and tools.


Profil

  • In-depth knowledge of international supply chain audit standards and schemes, including relevant regulatory requirements at international level
  • Solid understanding of applicable accreditation and recognition procedures and requirements, including auditor competency requirements, plus practical experience in the supply chain auditing business
  • Proven people leadership skills combined with intercultural competence and experience in international business environments
  • Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills; good German language skills are considered an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint
